Paulita's began as a small dream on a quiet Mamatid corner — a few tables, a good espresso machine, and the hope that the neighborhood would stop by. It did, and it never really left.
Now the string lights flick on at noon and stay glowing past midnight. Students cramming, families on merienda, barkadas catching up, that one couple on a first date — somehow, everyone finds their seat under the warm light.
Come for the Spanish latte, stay for the truffle fries and the Dubai cookies people drive across town for. However you take your afternoon, there's always a place for you at Paulita's.
